1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FullViewUp platform ("Service"), provided by Mezzomo ("We"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Service Description

FullViewUp is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for Digital Signage management, allowing users to manage content on remote screens via a web interface.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Display illegal, offensive, pornographic content or content that violates intellectual property rights.
Attempt to violate system security or access third-party accounts.
Resell the service without express authorization (except Enterprise/Oxygen plans).

4. Plans and Payments

The service is offered in Free and Paid modalities. Payments are processed securely (via Stripe). Non-payment may result in service suspension and disconnection of connected screens.

5. Limitation of Liability

FullViewUp is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for commercial losses resulting from failures in displaying content on your screens.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union.
