TV for hotels and inns

Digital signage for hotels with guest information and services

Show hours, services, events, and directions at reception, in the cafe, and in shared areas. The team updates each program from the dashboard instead of using posters or USB drives. The player runs in the browser of your compatible Smart TV, with no TV box.

Test one screen free, no card required, and get it running in about 5 minutes. It does not sync automatically with PMS, reservations, or guest data.

See information at every moment of your stay

Welcome, schedules and experiences gain more visibility when they appear in the environment and during the period in which the guest needs them.

The experience loses fluidity when all information depends on reception

A well-distributed visual schedule reduces repeated queries and helps the guest understand services that are already available.

Reception repeats the same answers

Before

Coffee hours, checkout, parking, access and activities are explained numerous times, especially at busy times.

With FullViewUp

Displays reinforce general guidelines in the right environments and make the team available for situations that require personal assistance.

Services and experiences go unnoticed

Before

Restaurant, bar, spa, shuttle, events and local partners exist, but the guest finds out late or only when they ask.

With FullViewUp

The schedule presents real services at the appropriate time and directs you to the reservation or service channel defined by the hotel.

Old information remains in different areas

Before

A poster changes at the reception, but the screen in the cafe or other location continues with an expired time, event or condition.

With FullViewUp

Campaigns have an exhibition period and channels separate environments and properties with different routines.

Get started without complexity

From creation to the TV in three steps

Manage communications in one dashboard and publish without carrying USB drives between locations.

  1. 01

    Create the content

Choose a template, add text and images, and review the composition before publishing it.

  2. 02

    Organize the schedule

Group slides into campaigns and choose the channels, dates, and times when each message should appear.

  3. 03

    Connect and update

Open the player in a compatible TV browser, pair the code, and start managing content from the dashboard.

What to display on displays in a hotel or inn

Anticipate doubts and enhance the hosting with useful, short messages that are consistent with the environment in which the screen is installed.

1

Essential times

Inform breakfast, checkout, reception, restaurant and other times that the guest consults during their stay.

2

Hotel services

Present parking, transportation, laundry, leisure, events and amenities that are actually available, with the correct channel to request.

3

Agenda and experiences

Publicize internal activities, special programming and local events only during the period when they can still be enjoyed.

4

Region guide

Highlight nearby attractions, restaurants and services selected by the hotel, without promising availability that cannot be confirmed.

5

Orientation through environments

Reinforce the location of common areas, rules of use, accessibility and temporary changes that help guests get around.

6

Seasonal offers and periods

Schedule experiences, packages and additional services with clear conditions and a defined date for going off the grid.

Less infrastructure

Use the compatible TV your business already owns

FullViewUp centralizes management in the browser and reduces manual work without promising integrations that are not part of the product.

No mandatory dedicated device

On compatible Smart TVs, the player opens in the browser. You do not need to add a computer to every screen.

Cached content

Once loaded, the schedule remains available during temporary connection issues. Internet access is still required for updates.

Centralized management

One account organizes screens, campaigns, channels, and schedules, including locations at different addresses.

Hotel chains and multi-room properties

Preserve the brand experience and respect the routine of each hotel

Distribute brand campaigns across properties and keep local channels for hours, events, services, and regional tips. Reception, dining, and leisure areas can run separate programs. With no TV box at each location, the network can cost a fraction of the price of international platforms.

  • Brand campaigns reused across properties
  • Channels separated by hotel or environment
  • Scheduling according to period, date and time
  • Remote update of connected displays

Questions about TV for hotels and inns

Understand what the solution displays, how to separate environments and what responsibilities continue with the hotel operation.

Does hotel digital signage integrate with PMS or a reservation system?

Not by default. The solution displays published content on the dashboard. Reservations, occupancy, guest data, and availability are not automatically imported without specific technical integration.

Can I use FullViewUp on guest-room TVs?

This proposal prioritizes reception and common areas. In-room use depends on model, browser, network, and desired experience. FullViewUp should not be presented as an IPTV or entertainment system.

Can I prepare hotel information in more than one language?

You can create separate campaigns in your chosen languages. Translation and review of information are the responsibility of the operation; the content displayed is not automatically translated.

Can reception and the restaurant have different programs?

Yes. Associate each screen with the appropriate channel to separate welcomes, meal times, events and messages from other environments.

Does hotel digital signage keep running when the internet is unstable?

Previously loaded content stays cached and can keep playing during a temporary outage. Internet access is required to receive new information, corrections, and schedule changes.
